Ellett Valley Beef derives from cattle born and raised in our herd; we don’t buy in cattle from other sources. We love our cows and we treat them well. Everything we do at Ellett Valley Beef Co. is about raising better beef for our customers and our families.
This process adds to our expenses but greatly enhances the flavor and tenderness of our beef. We think it’s worth it. For your safety our beef is USDA-inspected and vacuum-packed for freshness. Each cut is packaged individually and carries our label, which includes the name and weight of each cut, as well as a use-by date, which is usually 500 days.
