Ellett Valley Beef derives from cattle born and raised in our herd; we don't buy in cattle from other sources. We love our cows and we treat them well. Everything we do at Ellett Valley Beef Co. is about raising better beef for our customers and our families. Our beef is dry-aged for a minimum of 28 days. This process adds to our expenses but greatly enhances the flavor and tenderness of our beef. We think it's worth it. For your safety our beef is USDA-inspected and vacuum-packed for freshness. Each cut is packaged individually and carries our label, which includes the name and weight of each cut, as well as a use-by date, which is usually 500 days. Ellett Valley Beef is very closely trimmed - there is very, very little waste, if any, in the packaged product. All our cuts are boneless with the exception, of course, of T-bones and ribs, so you are only paying for tasty, usable product. The Family Pack contains a nice variety of cuts that are individually vacuum-packed for your convenience. This assortment of healthy, tasty grass-fed beef will contain approximately 25% steaks, 25% roasts, and 50% premium ground beef.

Dry-aged and Vacuum-wrapped. All packages contain a variety of cuts. Quarters are a mixture cuts from both the front and the hind quarters

This package is equivalent to half a beef. It contains a variety of cuts of dry-aged vacuum-packed grass-fed beef. Each package will cotain approximately 25% steaks, 25% roasts, and 50% premium ground beef.
